  1. How can I return a product?

In order to return a product please first contact customer service within 14 days of delivery of your item. 

  1. How long do I have to return an order?

You can return an item within the 14 day period after the item has been delivered. To do so, please contact customer service within this period.

Please note there are certain situations where no exchange or refund are granted:

- Missing or damaged parts 

- Missing or damaged retail packaging 

- Visual damages such as scratches, dents etc.  

  1. Are there any costs associated with the return?

MOUNTAIN does not cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable and insured tracking method as MOUNTAIN is unable to refund damaged or lost goods. 

  1. Where can I send my return item(s)?

Before returning your item(s) please contact customer service

  1. Can I return an item from the sale?

Yes it is possible to return any item including items that were on sale. In order to do so please contact customer service within 14 days after your item was delivered.
